Preliminary plans call for either 100 luxury apartments or 80 bespoke condominiums in an eleven-story building over three levels of subterranean parking. It is projected that 12% of the units will be affordable and eight of those units will be subject to rent control. The total rentable square footage will total nearly 98,000 square feet whether the project consists of apartments or condominiums.
