Designed by Portland's own beloved international architect Pietro Belluschi in 1949 as the main branch of Multnomah Bank, The Ginkgo Building was fully remodeled in 2021 as a small office space catering to creative and health care professionals. The building offers a mid-century/modern aesthetic, serene decor, LED architectural lighting with automated controls, and an advanced HVAC system with high fresh air turnover. The building's amenities include: Pylon signage, conference room, well-equipped break room, unassigned private parking, lobby, and two spacious restrooms.
