Constructed in 2001, the building is 100% leased to three publicly owned life science tenants: GlaxoSmithKline, Immunogen, and Histogenics Corp. 830 Winter Street was purchased as part of King Street’s core-plus investments program. GlaxoSmithKline is a science-led global healthcare company that researches and develops a broad range of innovative products. Immunogen develops anticancer therapies through their proven ADC technology to meaningfully improve the lives of patients. Histogenics is a regenerative medicine company focused on developing and commercializing products in the musculoskeletal segment of the marketplace.
