STERLING RANCH CIVIC CENTER features nearly 29,000 square feet of office and retail, including a 4,000 square foot community room and exhibit hall with a local coffee shop and tap room. A second-floor deck overlooks the neighborhood and offers views of the mountains. Additionally, the community will be able to enjoy the on-site display gardens and walking paths located around the site.
Covering 3,400 acres, STERLING RANCH will be the last urban development in all of Douglas County. Providing 12,000 single and multi-family homes, over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial development, with 37% of the land dedicated to open space, it is Colorado’s first 21st century development.
