It’s a 123 acre 18 hole course in Northville, Michigan which includes a 4800 sq ft clubhouse with a full service restaurant and liquor license. The irrigation system is updated with rain bird sprinkler system, two 50 HP pumps, 15 HP jockey pump and two 5 inch wells that pump into the irrigation ponds. The yardage from the back tips plays 6000 yards and each hole has 3 sets of tees.
