801-813 Fort Street is comprised of a series of street front retail bays on one of Victoria’s busiest and most dynamic commercial streets. Home to the city’s first Starbucks Coffee location and a part of what was traditionally considered Antique Row, the area has always been a destination for locals and tourists alike. In 2012 Fort Properties began to rejuvenate the building, first by updating the exterior façade to take advantage of its original art deco features, and then exposing the original high ceilings and clerestory windows in each suite as tenancies turned over. The result is a dynamic retail destination that is home to some of the city’s best restaurants and retailers.
