The You Are Here building is part of Golden Hill’s ongoing transformation. Built around a 1965 Texaco Station, this mixed-use project blends old and new, keeping a piece of the neighborhood’s history while adding Residential units and ground-floor commercial space. The design creates an open courtyard, giving both residents and businesses a functional, well-integrated space in a walkable, established area.
