This property was formerly the site of the Westinghouse Research Center until 1996. The buildings have been removed, but asphalt parking lot and some concrete floorings remain. PA DEP cleanup has been in progress for several years and monitoring wells are located on site. State clearance for residential or commercial usage is expected shortly. Traffic count on US 30 is about 15,790 vehicles. Site is close to Aldi, Giant Eagle, 3 banks, Walmart, bus service and 2 miles to high school.
