80 Hanson is an office building located in the heart of the Brooklyn Cultural District in Fort Greene. The building is open to only nonprofit 501c3 arts and cultural office tenants due to a building deed restriction. The building is located a couple blocks from 11 subway lines, including Atlantic Terminal. Six Brooklyn bus lines are also nearby and a CitiBike station is located on site. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with a great variety restaurants, bars and shops. 80 Hanson has an on-site property manager, as well as front desk security. The roster of nonprofit arts and cultural groups provide a great sense of community.
