The main building, constructed of concrete and covered with red bricks, faces Baudin Street and has three stories. The arches and spandrels of the windows, as well as the modillions on the cornice, are adorned with white bricks, creating a striking contrast against the red façade. Metal tie rods, featuring a four-lobed design and the "MF" monogram of François Meunier, were added to the façade purely for aesthetic purposes. The roof is covered with zinc and slate. The single-story workshops located at the rear, on Jules-Guesde Street, were built in a similar style but have all been demolished except for one. During the 1986 renovation, this remaining workshop was integrated into the property through the addition of a small landscaped garden and modern glass-fronted buildings.
