The condo is currently leased by a mental health counselor who would like to stay. The current lease will automatically renew for a year (ending July 31, 2026) unless notice is given to the contrary by June 30, 2025. If you are looking for an office you can occupy yourself, that can still be accomplished as of the date of this writing with occupancy on August 1, 2025. Otherwise, the lease will run through July 31, 2026. (Tenant will be paying $1,220.00 per month as of August 1, 2025.)
