The center has excellent visibility from the Palmetto Expressway, a major north/south corridor in South Florida that boasts traffic counts over 200,000 cars per day. In addition, the property is less than 1/8th of a mile south of the Dolphin Expressway (another major traffic artery in South Florida) making Mall of the Americas one of the most accessible retail sites in Miami.
