Located at the center of the Midtown district on the corner of Cheney and Center Street, 777 was conceived to serve the community as a meeting place where the charm and art-centric vibe of Midtown are preserved while creating a new and exciting environment for the birth of new business and expansion of existing businesses. The long-time home of the Maytan Music Center serves as an important infill piece for the connectivity of the Midtown district. The project offers a variety of sizes and has the ability to accommodate a multitude of uses including restaurant, office, and street retail. The architecture of the building was designed to highlight the panoramic second story views of the Sierra Nevada's while incorporating indoor/outdoor spaces separated by large glass roll-up doors.
