• All ceiling fixtures and finishes will be installed including grid, acoustical tile, lighting, electrical and emergency fixtures. • All fire detection/suppression fixtures installed • Walls will be taped, spackled and primed with no wall base or trim. • Structural slab floor will be grinded level, acid cleaned, and delivered in a swept, clean condition, ready to accept a new finished floor covering. • The ADA toilet room will be 100% finished and operational.
