Stalls have ceiling fans for summer heat and roof insulation.
There is a H/C water wash stall, a tackroom with 20 individual lockers equipped with two saddle rack and bridal holders as well as a feed-room, hay-room, storage room and three bathrooms. Facility is in compliance with ADA.
Original barn has been renovated. There are 11 stalls, w/rubber mats. The well vented stalls are laid out in the more traditional way, with a center aisle. There is a laundry washer available in the community tackroom, and a water heater that serves the sinks and wash-stall.
150'x250' arena and a sitting deck for viewing the activities (for approx. 30-40 people), with a judge stand.
Round Pen and Arena are usable with lights.
Just outside the arena, there is a warm up/practice barrel. The farm is fenced and there is an automatic gate for entry. All allowed boarders/riders/vets/farriers etc. have their own personal access codes.
The private residence is a quaint, split level farm house of 1961 (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, studio/office,
guestroom, lg. kitchen, dining area, great-room, mud-room, carport for two).The residence has its
own private gate remote control operated.
