Sinclair Centre comprises of 4 separate office buildings; the Federal Building completed in 1937, the Post Office Building completed in 1910, the Customs Building completed in 1911 and the Winch Building completed in 1911. Sinclair Centre was restored and connected via a retail mall in 1986. Centrally located in downtown Vancouver, Sinclair Centre fronts West Hastings, West Cordova, Howe and Granville Street .
