This multi-phased 46-acre commercial planned development will be the first of its kind in Godley. It is along Hwy 171 just south of downtown Godley. The development will be anchored by a big box grocer/retailer in Phase 1 with multiple restaurant/QSR and retail pad sites. The anchor grocer/retailer building can be up to 50,000sf.The organization that secures the big box grocer/retailer will have first mover advantage that will lock out others for some time. Phase 2 and 3 will include a park, outdoor concert amphitheater, pavilions, walking trail and other office buildings. (See pictures of proposed renderings).

The demographics of Godley ISD would be representative of the growth of the area as the City of Godley proper is relatively small geographically.
