Iron Gate Plaza is a retail and office center located on Bass Drive/Route 15 in Santee, close to the lake, golf courses, hotels, business district and several new neighborhoods now under construction. There are a mix of retail and services in the building, and 3 brand new office spaces are being built out with expected completion in September 2022. Each suite will feature one regular office, one large office/conference room, a large 20x20 reception/showroom area, private restroom and kitchenette.
