This space was formerly a lobby, business offices & a gift shop for a hotel. The hotel was demolished. The lobby and remaining space is attached to Black Angus Steakhouse but has its own entrance. Business offices are on the 2nd floor. A 24 hour Super Wal-Mart was built on the spot where the hotel was. Since Wal-Mart opened in November of 2017 the revenue for Black Angus Steakhouse have been up 25% and we are doing over $4 million a year. 75% of the traffic to the Wal-Mart are tourists.
