Before the building at 750 Stone Street was Bar Marley, it housed the boiler for the historic Sanitary Laundry Building.
The Boiler Building is now part of the 625 COLLECTIVE in Downtown North.
The Downtown North district is increasingly vibrant, including the businesses and galleries at Emory Place, Sauna House, Yee-Haw, Axle Logistics, Big Slate Media, and the architectural firm McCarty Holsaple McCarty.
MHM is transforming the Boiler Building into a cold shell including restoration of the exterior façade, new windows, new roof, an operable garage door, and restrooms.
The building is 2,241 sf with a 1,049 sf courtyard. The base rate is $18/sf, NNN, with a 3% annual escalator. NNN includes property taxes, utilities, insurance. Base Rent includes the Boiler Building and Courtyard.
The exterior patio is 1,865 sf. The lease rate is $5/sf, NNN, with a 3% annual escalator.
The patio will be available for light-day-use by the tenants of the 625 COLLECTIVE.
