COhatch launched construction on its Zionsville facility earlier this month. The 11,035 sq. ft. facility will offer 25 private offices and 100+ coworking seats when it is completed in early 2022. The space, located at 75 N. Main St. in the former Nancy Noel studio, is being reconstructed to help meet the growing demand for convenient access to community, collaboration and flexible workspace close to home. It will include patio space where COhatch members and community members alike can enjoy food and beverage options from feature partner North High Brewing.
