Cabin 1 built 2023 Lease expires 7/15/26 Deposit $700 My tenant moved out end of December and new tenant moved in last week. Super easy to rent. Cabin 2 built 2023 Lease expires 5/15/26 Deposit $500 She’s been there 2 years and don’t see her moving. She’s my original and loves it. Kinda the mom of the group. Cabin 3 built 2022 Month to Month Deposit $500 She would sign another lease if I asked her to but I haven’t. Cabin 4 built 2024 Deposit $900 Lease expires 9/1/26 He has been there a year and a half. Construction guy, young. He’s not going anywhere because his uncle owns the house next door and has a 30 foot pathway to his uncles house through the woods. That kid will be there for years I imagine.
