The Boulevard is a mixed-use apartment and retail community in the center of Mt. Pleasant. The Boulevard is about bringing shop owners, residents and restaurateurs together where walking and biking are the preferred modes of transportation. This space is currently owned by Blue Sky Endurance. Other tenants include a restaurant named LowCountry Sports Social, a full service spa named Stox & Co., and Barre South. DIRECTIONS: From Downtown Charleston, turn right on Coleman Boulevard off of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge. The Boulevard is past Shem Creek on the right hand side of the road.
