Building was hit by copper thieves who stole the wiring and breakers inside and out. They also stripped most of the AC units. When the AC was stripped, the panels were left off and some rain got in. As a precaution, flooring was taken up and the bottom of the sheetrock was removed by a flood restoration company. The price has been adjusted to reflect the needed repairs, but will consider offers. Can restore to lease to regional or better credit tenant, but not for local credit. Plumbing is fine in all 5 restrooms. None of the interior walls are structural. It makes more sense to sell it as is and let a buyer customize than to restore to a floor plan that will likely need to be changed regardless. Easily divisible into two suites and very flexible as no walls are structural and space has 4 exterior doors and 5 restrooms.
