Construction is set to begin in July 2020 and complete around January of 2021. The building construction is precast insulated concrete panels (R-17); modern image with ample glass elements at office entrances. There is a minimum of one loading dock per 10,000 sf; with air-powered levelers that have a 35,000 ib. capacity. The site is near the Beloit wastewater treatment plant, offering potential advantages to food manufacturers or other heavy water users. Large area users include: Amazon, Staples, Ecolab, Frito Lay, Kettle Foods, Hormel, Pratt Industries, Kerry Ingredients, Northstar Medical Radioisotopes, DuPont, Toldeo Molding, Palmer Donavin, and many more.
