A block from Campus Martius Park in the Financial District, the landmark at 719 Griswold St. was designed by architect Daniel Burnham and constructed in 1912 as the Dime Building for the bank. The skyscraper was purchased in 2011 by Bedrock. The building stands 23 stories tall and represents the Neoclassical style, featuring a façade of white brick and gray granite. The tower touts a unique U shape, with windows all along the perimeter. A two-story atrium contains the lobby and several restaurants, and the basement hosts the vault-themed event and meeting space. The location includes an accessway to the the adjacent parking garage.
