University Town Plaza is a transformation of the former enclosed University Mall into the premier open-air retail destination in Pensacola, FL. The redevelopment also includes a Cheddar's and Texas Road House restaurant and 30,000 square feet of shops space with tenants including Moe's, Jimmie John's, Egg & I, Dicky's BBQ, The Joint Chiropractic, and Verizon.
