Master Lease in Perpetuity The ownership interest for this property is held through a master lease in perpetuity of the retail stores. The terms of the lease are as follows: Lease Expiration 12/31/2075 (subject to lease extensions in perpetuity) Lease Extensions: If at any time during the term of this lease, the proprietary leases for the residential apartments in this Building are extended, the term of this lease shall be extended to be coterminous with the expiration date of the extended terms of the proprietary leases.
