Condos will be available October 2025 and delivered in shell condition. The building is sprinklered. Each condo comes with 2 striped parking stalls and (2) parking spaces available in front of bay door when not in use. Developer is willing to build out condo for tenant. HOA will be determined shortly, but will be less than $100 per month.
