Paristown is a $30M Cultural Arts and Entertainment District located in the heart of Louisville. Paristown includes 140,000 total square feet anchored by a 15,000 SF 3 story structure operated by Kentucky Center for the Arts. The 2,000 person venue supports local, regional and national artists. The exterior of the building includes a 27' X 48' outdoor movie screen. The outdoor courtyard overlooking the screen is multi purpose and have the ability to hold large receptions, festivals and an ice skating rink in the winter. The developers have an Entertainment Destination Liquor License which allows open containers within the boundaries of the development.
