Renovated barn built in 1797. It was struck by lighting in 1801 and was rebuild by the community in 1803. It was then completely renovated to be the office space that is is today in 2001 by H.L. Wicker. The rental comes with parking for 25, 10 cubical offices, 2 executive office, 1, trucking office/ desk space, 1 front desk greeting area, 2 bathroom 2 stalls each (men's and women's - men's has a locker room area), conference room, and break room with sperate entrance. Each office is equip with build in desks and filing systems. There would be a separate CAM rate at $5 a square foot a year would cover property maintenance (landscaping and snow removal), electric, water, heating/cooling, sewer and trash. The 3rd level of the barn is an event space large enough for 100 with table and chairs included in the rental of the space. This space has a projector and is great for full company meetings or holiday events.
