Completed in 2024, The Grain is mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Delafield that introduces Class A office space within a modern, walkable environment. Developed by Hendricks Commercial Properties, the project consists of two four-story mass timber buildings totaling approximately 60,000 square feet of office space and 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with on-site and underground parking. Designed to support a “work-play” setting, the building features exposed timber construction, open floor plates, and contemporary finishes.
