The development will offer 17,500 square feet of ground-floor retail within a brand-new mixed-use project in West Falls Church, scheduled for completion in early 2027. The project will include 438 luxury apartments and is adjacent to the Westfalls development, which features a hotel, apartments, a grocery store, and medical condos. It is located across from the new 280,000-square-foot HITT Contracting headquarters building and is seeking anchor restaurants, fast casual, and service users.
