Oriole Crossing Apartments is a multifamily property in rapidly growing Avon, a city just over ten miles west of Downtown Indianapolis. The apartment complex contains 16 spacious apartments units: 5 studios, 6 one-bedroom, one-bath units and 5 two-bedroom, one-bath units. It was built in 1963 and has been well maintained over the years. Multiple units were fully renovated in 2021-2022 by the current ownership group. The roof was replaced in 2020, and driveway was sealed in 2020 as well. Renovations were completed on 12 of the 16 units and this included: LVP throughout the units, new paint, blinds, light fixtures, and total bathroom remodels. Appliances in most apartments were upgraded, and any broken equipment/items were fixed.
