The transformation of this property from an old K-Mart anchored center into a vibrant Publix grocer with additional tenants such as Office Depot, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Club Pilates, the Joint and Panera Bread has been a boon to Greenville’s retail scene. Situated prominently in between East Carolina University and much of Greenville’s other shopping, Greenville Square features a recently updated and creative façade that is visually engaging. This was one of the first Publix supermarkets in the Southeast.
