- The Future Land Use Plan has the lots fronting W. Charlotte Ave. as Community Corridor with Retail, Office and Service being the primary use and Residential and Institutional being secondary uses. The remainder is Core Residential Place Type. The primary use of the Core Residential Place Type is single family (smaller lots) and the secondary use is limited multifamily. The residential density proposed in the Plan is 4-10 dwelling units per acre. A Conditional District rezoning would be required for townhome use.
