Primarily multi-residential but mixed-use redevelopment site, located on a hillside overlooking the Saguenay River and within easy reach of downtown Chicoutimi. Formerly institutional, major facilities are being transformed into a multi-residential and mixed-use reconstruction and repositioning project. Vacant land will also be used for residential buildings. The site backs onto the Chicoutimi hospital and is in close proximity to the CÉGEP de Chicoutimi and the port area, including the Old Port. Horizontal co-ownership has been set up to facilitate development.
