Beginning in 1924, Fire maps imply that the property use to have multiple structures or "flats" on the premises. At one point in time the buildings could have been residential townhomes, but then were transitioned to rental properties. The current infrastructure that is standing is a solid stick-built building with stucco as siding. Down the road, the property was also a hotel at one point in time. The rental properties were torn down while changing the stucco building into a radiator shop around 1960. Building still stands very strong with two upper levels, but would need to be renovated. Bottom floor still functioning as work space. There is garage on the lot also that is detached.
