An Immersive Asian Culinary Destination in the Heart of Southwest Las Vegas
NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!
STIX Asia is redefining the food hall experience at UnCommons, delivering an immersive, design-forward celebration of Asia’s most iconic culinary traditions. Spanning approximately 18,000 square feet, STIX Asia will be Las Vegas’ first fully Asian food hall, featuring a curated collection of independently operated restaurants representing cuisines from Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, and beyond. A Fall 2026 opening is planned.
Following the award-winning debut of its flagship location in Honolulu in 2023, STIX Asia’s Las Vegas outpost elevates the concept further—replacing the former Sundry food hall with chef-driven, full-service dining, eliminating QR-code ordering in favor of authentic hospitality and cultural storytelling.
At the center of the hall, a dramatic sakura (cherry blossom) tree anchors the space, creating an immediate sense of arrival and serving as a visual icon for the project. Each restaurant is architecturally distinct, designed to reflect the traditions and atmosphere of its home country, resulting in a richly layered environment that feels transported from Asia rather than themed.
The project is expected to include:
-12 custom restaurant concepts, many debuting in Las Vegas or the U.S. for the first time
-A century-old Japanese restaurant from Tokyo’s Ginza district
-Sushi, ramen, izakaya, live-cooking stations, and specialty chefs
-Approximately 400 seats, including communal dining, bar seating, and outdoor terraces
-Indoor and outdoor bars serving Asian-inspired craft cocktails and a cross-hall bar menu
STIX Asia is designed for both day-to-night energy and long-term relevance, featuring:
-Nighttime DJs and live entertainment
-Monthly night markets
-Cultural programming and celebrations, including Lunar New Year
-Regular activations that drive repeat visitation and extended dwell time
Visibility and Access have been significantly enhanced, with a clearly defined main entrance along Tom Rodriguez Street, prominent exterior signage facing the UnCommons courtyard, and a highly choreographed arrival experience from the adjacent parking garage featuring lantern lighting and dramatic red architectural accents.
Situated within UnCommons, a 35-acre mixed-use campus anchored by global employers such as Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, EY, Wells Fargo, and DraftKings, the project benefits from:
-Over 2,000 nearby parking stalls with 24/7 security
-A dense base of office employees, affluent residents, and luxury apartments
-Immediate proximity to Durango Drive, the I-215 Beltway, and Durango Resort
STIX Asia is not simply a food hall—it is a destination, blending food, culture, design, and hospitality to create one of the most compelling dining experiences in Las Vegas’ fastest-growing submarket.
