STIX Asia is redefining the food hall experience at UnCommons, delivering an immersive, design-forward celebration of Asia’s most iconic culinary traditions. Spanning approximately 18,000 square feet, STIX Asia will be Las Vegas’ first fully Asian food hall, featuring a curated collection of independently operated restaurants representing cuisines from Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, and beyond. A Fall 2026 opening is planned. Following the award-winning debut of its flagship location in Honolulu in 2023, STIX Asia’s Las Vegas outpost elevates the concept further—replacing the former Sundry food hall with chef-driven, full-service dining, eliminating QR-code ordering in favor of authentic hospitality and cultural storytelling. At the center of the hall, a dramatic sakura (cherry blossom) tree anchors the space, creating an immediate sense of arrival and serving as a visual icon for the project. Each restaurant is architecturally distinct, designed to reflect the traditions and atmosphere of its home country, resulting in a richly layered environment that feels transported from Asia rather than themed.
