Situated on a nearly-three-acre lot, there will be 125 car parking spaces at the building, and an additional 94 available in parking lots associated with the building. Red Hook Logistics Center will offer a total of 171,000-square-feet of modern warehouse space and 61,000-square-feet of truck court area. Modern ceiling heights will facilitate efficient stacking and storing of goods, while 19 docks and 8 drive-in doors will be able to handle a large volume of inbound and outbound movements.
