This plot of land is located on the northeast corner of Interstate 10 and Airway (does not include hard corner occupied by Howdy’s store). This site is a core in-fill location in Central El Paso with frontage along Interstate 10 and access from Airway Boulevard. The surrounding area is predominantly retail with a high daytime population augmented by Ft. Bliss. Nearby retailers include Dillard’s, Macy’s, Dicks Sporting Goods, Nordstrom Rack, Costco, Kohl’s, and Target. The site is within one mile of the Fountains at Farah, Cielo Vista Mall, Costco, Bassett Center Mall and other regional retail developments. This is one of the last larger retail land sites along Interstate 10 within the El Paso city limits.
