Canyon Plaza South on Highway 111 is part of the Canyon Plaza shopping centers, which are some of the busiest in the Coachella Valley region. Highly desirable location close to Palm Springs and the rest of the valley. The extended shopping center contains such major retailers as Target, Trader Joe's, CVS, Starbucks and McDonald's. There is heavy vehicular traffic in and out of the centers, and good pedestrian traffic also.
