This new Mill Street Crossing shopping center is located on the northside of San Marcos adjacent to The Old Mill Business Center. Mill Street links Uhland and Post road to I-35. It is an area that has seen an explosion of student housing along with residential development. Phase 1 of the project includes a 13,000 sq ft building anchored by Mill Street Market, a high end neighborhood market which will include a wide range of grocery products including produce and meat.
