We have for rent two approx. 1500 spaces that are adjoining and can be combined into one approx. 3000 space or rented separately. The doors are 12' high and the ceilings are about 16'. Each unit has it's own reception area, small office area and bathroom. The rest of each unit is warehouse space. The offices and reception areas are heated and cooled. The warehouse spaces are heated. There is parking directly in front of both units. These spaces are great for contractors and retail uses that also have a warehouse or light manufacturing requirement. Rent is $1625 for each unit. Utilities are the only additional expense.
