The facility is a unique quasi cross-dock setup with two cross-dock areas separated by a central warehouse. It features varying clear heights from 16’ to 20’. The west side (61 Administration) has 35 truck level doors and one drive-in door, with all truck doors equipped with levelers. The east side (62 Administration) has 31 truck level doors, also with levelers, and an estimated capacity of 25,000 – 30,000 lbs. Additionally, the east side includes a two-story dispatch and operations office. The front office area is divided into two pods, each serving one side of the building.
