The hotel is operating at High stabilized performance levels with strong operational discipline and efficient cost controls. The Hotel has maintained strong corporate account business over many years; an agreement which renews every three years. MANAGEMENT: This is a High Cash-Flow Asset. The Hotel is easy to manage, however should the Buyer choose not to manage, the seller is willing to manage the Hotel for the Buyer to maintain stable, long-term profitability.
