The Francesco’s development will replace the existing Fishman’s Dry Cleaning building located at 615 17th Ave SW. Development plans are for a mixed-use structure that will enhance the surrounding residential community of Cliff Bungalow. The design will incorporate pedestrian oriented front-facing townhomes on 5A street, multi-family residences above and commercial amenities facing 17th Ave. Our goal is to blend with the existing architecture while enhancing the amenities available – creating vibrancy for the community stakeholders.
