The Nest is one of the primary non-academic gathering spaces and commercial centres at UBC. The Nest attracts many students, staff, faculty and community members throughout the year. UBC Vancouver has over 60,000 students enrolled and has over 17,000 faulty and staff as well as many visitors who visit the campus for meetings, conferences, and events. The Nest is centrally located on campus and has regular foot traffic throughout the year.
