The Warehouses at Twin Hills are storage units located on Hwy 36 between Johnson City and Kingsport, near the Tri-Cities Airport. There are 16 units that measure 11' x 14', and one that measures 22' x 32'. This larger unit has electricity (220) and could be used as a ''shop''. These units have been in private use and are not currently rented.
