Heights Clock Tower is a historic gem nestled in the highly-desirable Houston Heights neighborhood. Dating back to 1894, it is one of the city’s oldest buildings. It originally functioned as a mattress factory and then converted to a textile mill in 1900. Today, the site includes on-site amenities including lush green space, secure parking, and restaurant and fitness on-site and is surrounded by historic homes, multi-family density, and dozens of first-class retailers and chef-driven restaurants within a short walk. Landscaping and placemaking improvements make our office opportunities even more desirable.
We channeled our favorite boutique hotel lobbies when redesigning the art-forward lobbies at the Clock Tower. Our hospitality-influenced lobbies feature multiple seating vignettes and a library conference area. The full sensory experience begins with great music on our new sound system and layers in custom lighting, museum- caliber art, interior planting and plush seating. Wifi will be accessible throughout the project. Link to digital tour of lobby: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=3wyufR2Y1FN
